Work Family Balance: Challenges, Experiences, and Implications for Families

The overall objective of this project is to identify the challenges and experiences of working parents in Qatar and to provide evidence to examine existing work-family balance policies in Qatar. It covers issues related to parenting, parental/marital satisfaction, leave policies, and the overall wellbeing of working parents and provides evidence for policy recommendations on how to enhance work-family balance.
